Meet Love Log Auto-Renewal Service Agreement

By subscribing, enabling, and using the Meet Love Log (hereinafter referred to as “the Application”) auto-renewal service (hereinafter referred to as “this Auto-Renewal Service”), you agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

1. Auto-Renewal Rules

If you enable this Auto-Renewal Service via your Apple ID, and do not manually cancel it during the subscription period, Apple will automatically deduct the fee for the next subscription period from your Apple ID account (hereinafter referred to as the “Account”) balance within 24 hours before the subscription expires, thereby extending your membership validity (specific deduction rules are subject to Apple’s actual execution).

You must ensure that your account has sufficient balance to avoid the risk of renewal failure due to account issues or insufficient funds. Any risk or loss caused by unsuccessful renewal shall be borne solely by you. To help you track your auto-renewal status, Apple may send notifications via push messages or emails, so please check them in time. If you do not manually cancel the auto-renewal service during the subscription period, Apple will process the renewal deduction based on your authorization, and the deducted fee will generally not be refunded.

2. Subscription Plans

This Application offers the following subscription plans for users to choose from:

 • Monthly Subscription: Automatically renews every month.

 • Annual Subscription: Automatically renews every year.

The subscription price is subject to the amount displayed on the App Store subscription page.

3. Price Adjustments & Service Changes

You acknowledge and agree that the Application reserves the right to adjust service prices or discontinue the auto-renewal service based on operational needs. If the subscription price is adjusted, you will be notified in advance via in-app announcements, emails, or other appropriate means. If you do not agree to the adjusted price, you may cancel this Auto-Renewal Service according to the guidelines in this agreement. If you do not cancel, it will be deemed that you accept the new price, and Apple will deduct the adjusted fee in future renewals.

If you cancel the subscription within 24 hours before the expiration date, Apple may still deduct the adjusted price for the next period before stopping the auto-renewal.

If the Auto-Renewal Service is discontinued or terminated, your Meet Love Log membership rights will expire at the end of the current subscription period. If you re-enable auto-renewal in the future, the fee will be based on the price displayed at that time.

4. Cancellation of Auto-Renewal

You can cancel the auto-renewal service at any time through the following methods:

 • For iOS 12 and later:

Open iPhone/iPad “App Store” → Tap the Apple ID profile icon (top-right corner) → Enter “Account” → Tap “Subscriptions” → Select “Meet Love Log” → Cancel Subscription.

• For iOS 12 and earlier:

Open iPhone/iPad “Settings” → Go to “iTunes & App Store” → Tap “Apple ID” → Select “View Apple ID” → Enter “Account Settings” → Tap “Subscriptions” → Select “Meet Love Log” → Cancel Subscription.

5. Additional Notes

The Application reserves the right to discontinue this Auto-Renewal Service as needed for business operations. If this service is terminated, your Meet Love Log membership rights will end upon the expiration of the current subscription cycle.
